Bushland stuns Littlefield in buzzer beating fashion
A floater in the paint from Jordan Mariscal at the buzzer lifted the Bushland Falcons to an exciting 41-39 victory over Littlefield during one of the better Class 3A Division I bi-district matchups Monday night at Dimmitt High School.
With the game tied 39-39, Bushland’s Tripp Purcell had the ball in the paint with time winding down in the game. Facing a double team, the ball slipped out of Purcell’s hands as he went up for a shot.
